

General Manager Compliance
To ensure quality, brand consistency and operational success at each and every one of our hotels, we require all General Managers to obtain their General Manager Certification by attending the Hospitality Management Program.
This means, all General Managers must attend within 90 days of their hotel opening date or their first day of work at the hotel. Directors of Sales and Marketing for Wyndham Garden, Wyndham, and Wyndham Grand brand hotels are also encouraged to attend within 90 days.
